We regret to inform you that Smarana Hanoi Heritage, located at No. 5, 82/1 Alley, Dich Vong Hau Street, Cau Giay, Ha Noi, will be closing its doors indefinitely. This decision comes as a result of unresolvable conflicts between the property owner and the Smarana Brand.
Effective immediately, the property will no longer be under the management or any form of involvement of Smarana Brand. There is no expected reopening date at this time.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our customers and partners for their unwavering support. While this chapter comes to a close, we remain dedicated to creating unique and culturally rich hospitality experiences in our future endeavors.
